• One-on-One Evaluation: Work directly with your Physical Therapist for the entirety of your session; this will include a deep dive into your history and a comprehensive movement screening.

• A Personalized Program Plan: We will incorporate your personal lifestyle factors, medical/training history, Bandit's "The Program" training demands, underlying weakness or areas of improvement discovered during the evaluation and your goals to create a sustainable plan moving forward.

Our Evaluation Process:

We understand there can be uncertainty around what to expect when starting with a new provider which is why we offer a complementary consultation call with one of our Physical Therapists prior to scheduling. The purpose of this call is to:

1. Help address any specific questions or concerns about your pain/injury

2. Determine how we can best help and what your options are

3. Better understand what you can expect during a Physical Therapy Evaluation
