Jenna Langhans

Jenna graduated from Union College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish & Hispanic Studies and a minor in Dance. She is a certified personal trainer (NASM), functional strength coach (CFSC), and hardstyle Kettlebell Instructor (RKC). With a background in group fitness and dance, Jenna is passionate about movement as a means of physical, mental, and emotional wellness. She believes in training for longevity, not just the latest fitness fad. Her goal is to make health, wellness, and fitness part of her clients’ daily routine, so that movement becomes part of their lives at a fundamental level rather than a short-term goal. When she’s not swinging bells, you can find Jenna dancing, hanging outside with friends, traveling to CT to see her family, or eating cookies around NYC.
