WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING AN ASSESSMENT?

    1. DISCOVERY AND BACKGROUND INTERVIEW

    We take the time to learn about you, your story, your goals, concerns, difficulties or barriers to progress, your lifestyle, your current program and activities, and more. We want to understand you as in individual!

    2. MOVEMENT EXPLORATION

    We will look at how your whole body functions to find opportunities for improvement. From head to toe, we will assess range of motion, strength, endurance, impact tolerance, power, speed, coordination, and skill to get an idea of what can be influencing how your body feels and performs.

    3. DEBRIEF AND GAME PLANNING

    We will discuss with you what we discover about you and what may help. Then we can plan and agree on an approach and program that works with your lifestyle. ​We also provide support when you are not with us.

Once we receive your information, our Client Care team will determine best fit and schedule a call with either a Physical Therapist or Coach for a free discovery call.

During this call we will:

  1. Listen to your story and ask questions to better understand what you are going through.

  2. Answer any specific questions or concerns about your pain/injury.

  3. Provide guidance if physical therapy, or another option, might be the best fit for your needs.

  4. Answer any questions and explain to you what to expect if you choose to move forward with us.

Please note:

  • As of 2026, we will no longer be accepting any insurance plans. We will be strictly cash pay.  

    We have made this move in order to drive towards better outcomes for our clients. Often times, insurance companies set rules about frequency of visits, treatment plans, or flat out deny coverage which all hinder the ability to have our team drive towards actual outcomes.  

    We believe better personalized outcomes are what our clients want, not what an insurance company dictates and wants to see on paper. 

  • Reload does not work with any no-fault/MVA or workers’ compensation cases. If you have an insurance plan with out-of-network physical therapy benefits, we can issue superbills upon request. Please speak directly with your carrier’s member services regarding their superbill policies and potential reimbursement as we cannot assist with any authorizations, approvals, appeals or any other specific policies your carrier may require for submissions.
